If we identify through our initial phone call that you would benefit from personal financial advice then the next stage is to arrange an initial appointment. This will usually be an online video conference, face-to-face meeting in my office in Sydney or conducted over the phone. Alternatively, advance appointments may also be booked for Canberra, Wollongong, Batemans Bay, Bermagui, Bega, Merimbula, Melbourne and Brisbane (subject to current COVID-19 travel restrictions).
At the initial appointment we will discuss your financial situation in depth, identify your needs, goals and objectives and outline the work that needs to be undertaken. I will provide a fixed priced quote to you for the services you require. If you decide to proceed, an advice document is required to be provided to you this is known as a Statement of Advice and is a legal document. Anyone seeking personal financial advice is required to be presented with a Statement of Advice as part of the advice process.
